Privacy and confidentiality

Our commitment

At FLAME, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your trust is essential to us, and we take your confidentiality seriously.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to provide FLAME: your email address, your name if you or your coach give it, and the answers you give in your check-ins.

Who can see your results

Group reports

Group reports show averages and counts across a group, never one person's answers. A report is only produced once at least four people in the group have checked in.

We may also use combined, anonymised data to improve FLAME.

Your written summary

After a check-in, FLAME writes you a short summary of your results, in four parts: what is strong, a key opportunity, a 30-day focus and one thing to watch. To do that, your scores and your first name are sent to an AI service (Claude, made by Anthropic), which writes the text. Nothing else about you is sent. The summary is written once and kept with your check-in, and it is printed on your report.

If you share your results with a coach, your coach can see your summary too. If it has not been written yet when they open your results, it is written then.

Your Operating Style

If your programme includes it, FLAME asks you once for your Operating Style: four quick choices about how you tend to work in a team. Your style is kept with your account and printed on your report. You can answer again at any time from the menu, and your new answer replaces the old one.

If you share your results with a coach, your coach can see your style too. In a group, the person running it sees only the mix of styles across the group, and only once at least four people have a style. Your Operating Style is not sent to the AI service.

Your Pressure check

If your programme includes it, each check-in ends with six statements about pressure at work over the last two weeks. Your answers are kept with that check-in, shown to you as six signals and a plain average, and printed on your report. They are not a diagnosis of anything, and nothing about your health or illness is asked.

If you share your results with a coach, your coach can see your Pressure check too. In a group, the person running it sees only averages across the group, and only once at least four people have answered. Your Pressure check is not sent to the AI service.
